Giuseppe and Pietro come from San Mango d’Aquino, a hill-top town situated in the apennine region of Southern Italy.


‘San Mango’ as it is affectionately known clings 500 metres above sea level to the side of a mountain. The area is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. Old traditions and folklore abound in this part of Calabria. We take lots of inspiration from around this area to create our menu, where flavours embody freshness and taste.
